£55 per session

Single Session

Every session lasts 50 minutes. If at the end of the session you decide to continue with a bundle, the price will be adjusted accordingly. If you don't want to commit to a bundle, you can pay as you go with the single session option.

£50 per session

Bundle of 6 Sessions

A bundle of 6 sessions will save you £30. Each session lasts 50 minutes. 

Please note that bundles need to be paid at the time of booking.

 

I believe therapy should be accessible for everyone and I therefore hold a few limited spaces at a reduced fee for students and those on low income or benefits. Please get in touch to discuss your individual case with me. If I cannot offer you a slot at the time of your enquiry, I can add you to my waiting list.

An initial 20-minute consultation on the phone or on zoom is free. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and to help you decide if you would like to work with me. If your presenting issues lie outside my area of competence, I will do my best to help with signposting you to the right service or professional.

Couples Therapy

 

You may feel unhappy or frustrated with certain aspects of your relationship but can’t seem to alter things no matter how hard you try to communicate. Here is where Couples Therapy can help.

It is however not only for couples in crisis but can also help to revitalise a relationship. I won't play judge and jury because it’s not about who is right or wrong. I will encourage you to open discussions, in order for you to try to understand each other's perspectives. Ultimately, it’s about helping you both achieve the outcome you want, even if one or both of you are unsure of what that is at the start.

I will take an active part in the conversation and in the process of recovery and change.
